Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP), part of UPMC’s integrated health system, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Family Medicine Physician to join our established group in Jamestown, New York. The provider will deliver high-quality care in a community-focused setting with outpatient call responsibilities. - Work Location: GLPP Family Practice, 15 South Main Street, Suite 150, Jamestown, NY 14701
- Work with seven physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers covering 10K+ patient lives
- Dedicated team of APPs assisting in the office
- Connection to a larger network of specialists and resources through UPMC affiliation, with UPMC Hamot providing administrative and business support services
- Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record across the health system
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care in a community-focused setting
- Participate in outpatient call
Compensation
- Minimum Salary Range: $250,000
- Maximum Salary Range: $280,000
- Productivity and Quality Incentive
- Residency Stipend *dependent upon immigration needs

Requirements
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
- Accepts J-1 Waiver and H-1B Candidates for 2027 and beyond
