Family Medicine Physician - Homeless Services (Part-Time)

LifeLong Medical Care is seeking physicians or advanced practitioners to join our Homeless Services Department, providing high‑quality preventive, urgent and primary care to underserved populations across multiple sites in Northern California.

Positions are part-time and based at various LifeLong sites, including trust health centers and housing programs. Candidates should be committed to collaborative team-based care and experience serving the under-served communities we serve.
