The position provides the infrastructure and specialist support needed for high-quality primary care without hospital rounding or overnight call.

- Outpatient only
- On-site x-ray and lab for streamlined diagnostics and same-visit convenience
- Referral coordinators manage all specialist scheduling
- Affiliated with Piedmont Medical Center, a 288-bed Level III Trauma Center with full subspecialty depth
Responsibilities
- Full-scope outpatient family medicine: acute illness, minor injuries, immunizations, preventive care, and chronic disease management

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible to obtain licensure in the State of South Carolina
