Fort HealthCare , located in beautiful Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin , is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team in providing primary care. The Family Medicine Clinic offers a collaborative, integrated care environment , which includes shared space with Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Endocrinology Services , fostering seamless coordination and comprehensive care for our patients.

This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collegial atmosphere , a strong emphasis on work-life balance , and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a community that truly values its healthcare providers. This position offers the opportunity to inherit an established and thriving patient panel , supporting a seamless transition and practice growth.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible, Balanced Schedule:
• Four clinic days per week (32 patient contact hours) with one administrative day
• Collaborative Team Environment:

• Integration with a broad range of in-house specialties
