Mount Sinaiformula: Family Medicine Physician – Full-Time
Mount Sinai Doctors Five Towns is a multispecialty group practice located in Hewlett on the South Shore of Long Island. We provide adult primary care and a range of specialties, including endocrinology, obstetrics & gynecology, pediatrics & adolescent medicine, pulmonary medicine, and on‑site radiology. Our care team consists of highly‑trained physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, and patient‑care associates, working together to deliver comprehensive care.
The position is primarily ambulatory, with experience in inpatient care valued and opportunities for teaching and administrative roles.
Responsibilities
- Full‑time Family Medicine physician for Long Island
- Provide care to a diverse patient population in a community known for excellent schools and cultural opportunities
- Work in an outpatient/ambulatory setting
- Collaborate with support staff: NP, PA, MA, patient‑care associates
- Use EPIC electronic medical record system
- Engage in teaching and administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- New York medical license
- Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine)

- A strong work ethic and a desire to participate in a team‑oriented, performance‑driven health system
Salary Disclosure Information
Mount Sinai Health System provides the following salary range to comply with New York City law on salary transparency. Actual salaries vary based on experience, specialty, historical productivity, collections, and community needs; the range may differ slightly from the final offer Lepara. This range applies to full‑time employment and does not include bonuses or benefits.
