Requirements
- MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
- Passion for community-focused care
- Graduate from an accredited ACGME family medicine residency program
- Desire to be the collaborating physician with APPs located at the practice
