Practice Details

• Full‑time work: Monday – Friday (7 am–4 pm) or part‑time available.
• No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Focused on modern wound management at bedside in post‑acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long‑Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part‑time role minimum 3 days per week; full‑time 4–5 days per week.
• Mobile practice covering a 40–60 mile radius around practice location.
• Physicians visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating ~20–30 patients per day.
• Clinical documentation at point of care in real‑time during rounds, using a proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
• Paid training during onboarding plus 6 months wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post‑acute care settings.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds.
• Document clinical care in real‑time using institutional EMR.
• Collaborate with wound‑certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors to enhance clinical expertise.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment (no visa sponsorship).
