Practice Details
- Full‑time work: Monday – Friday (7 am–4 pm) or part‑time available.
- No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
- Focused on modern wound management at bedside in post‑acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long‑Term Acute Care Hospitals.
- Weekly wound rounds at each facility.
- Part‑time role minimum 3 days per week; full‑time 4–5 days per week.
- Mobile practice covering a 40–60 mile radius around practice location.
- Physicians visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating ~20–30 patients per day.
- Clinical documentation at point of care in real‑time during rounds, using a proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
- Paid training during onboarding plus 6 months wound care fellowship.
- W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
- Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post‑acute care settings.
- Conduct weekly wound rounds.
- Document clinical care in real‑time using institutional EMR.
- Collaborate with wound‑certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors to enhance clinical expertise.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
