Family Medicine Physician

SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving outpatient practice in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. This outstanding opportunity allows a physician to practice the full spectrum of outpatient Family Medicine while enjoying a flexible schedule, minimal call burden, and excellent specialty support. Physicians will work in a modern multi-specialty clinic with strong on-site resources and steady patient demand just 45 minutes west of Madison.

• Outpatient Family Medicine with the option to provide Nursing Home rounds
• Modern multi-specialty clinic with strong on-site resources, specialty support, and steady patient demand
• On-site support includes specialty care such as cardiology, dermatology, ENT, neurology, oncology, pulmonology, rheumatology, sleep medicine, urology, infusion services, and more
• On-site lab and advanced imaging
• Strong referral relationships and integrated care coordination

Compensation

• Annual salary starting at $310,000+, with potential for higher earnings

Shift & Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with 0.8 - 1.0 FTE options
• Monday-Friday schedule, typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Approximately 6-10 weekday call nights annually and about 2 weekends per year
• Primarily phone-only calls, triaged first through a call center, with rare in-person response
