Full-Time Family Medicine Physician Position in Covington, TN with National Wound Physician Group

Responsibilities
- Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the network (over 3,200 facilities across 28 states).
- Deliver physician-level wound management training; participate in a wound fellowship for clinical excellence.
- Engage in mobile clinical practice, visiting facilities within a defined radius.
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility and document care in real time at the point of care using the proprietary wound-specific EMR.
- Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals).
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
Practice Overview
- Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part-time available.
- No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
- Practice is mobile: visit facilities in a 40–60 mile radius; typically see 2–3 facilities per day and manage approximately 20–30 patients per day.
- Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week. Full-time role is 4–5 days per week.
- Payer-related details: W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).
