Family Medicine Physician — Community Health Lead

Central City Community Health Center seeks physicians to practice Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or OB/GYN at multiple sites, working with the Medical Director’s extension at the local level.

You will perform diagnostic interviews, exams, prescribing, charting, and report writing while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to CCCHC standards. Expect after-hours coverage rotating among sites.
