Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with agrowing healthcare organization in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to find a FamilyMedicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician. Schedule:Full-Time | Flexible shifts (4x10 hour shifts or 3x12 hour shifts) | No callresponsibilities

Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM –8:00 PM) | Friday: (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

WhatYou’ll Do

KeyResponsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients ofall ages
  
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medicalconditions
  
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness exams,and health screenings
  
• Develop individualized treatment plans and manageongoing patient care
  
• Perform routine in-office procedures asappropriate
  
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, anddiagnostic studies
  
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventivecare, and healthy lifestyles
  
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medicalrecords (EMR)
  
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practiceproviders, and clinical staff
  
• Build and maintain a strong patient panel whiledelivering high-quality, patient-centered care
  

What We Are Looking For

Education,Certifications and Experience

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FamilyMedicine
  
• Active New Mexico medical license or ability toobtain licensure
  
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain) ; CurrentBLS certification
  
• 3-5 years of previousFamily Medicine experience preferred
  
• Experiencewith electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patientmanagement skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Commitment to providing compassionate,patient-centered care
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborativelyin a team-based environment
  
• Comfortable working with varying daily patientvolumes (Avg of approx. 5 procedures/day)
