Short Description
- Provide primary care services in outpatient offices.
- Willingness to float between office locations throughout Southern NJ.
- Maintain availability to work approximately 8–12 hours per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as needed; hours are not guaranteed and may vary based on organizational needs.
Education Requirements
M.D. or D.O. degree.
Experience Required
Experience with EPIC electronic health record, including use of DAX Co-Pilot AI generated progress notes is preferred. Ability to work within an interdisciplinary primary care team comprising medical assistants, LPNs, health coaches, and community health workers. Knowledge of our robust Addiction Medicine and Integrative Behavioral Health services is beneficial.
License / Certification Requirements
Board certification in Family Medicine.
