Family Medicine Physician

Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods is seeking full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join their multi-specialty group practice. Practice Info

• Multi-specialty group practice experience in an outpatient setting
• Physician-led, collaborative, and collegial environment with available mentorship, leadership and career development opportunities
• Ambulatory practice
• No inpatient responsibilities; hospitals provide inpatient support
• EPIC EMR
• Made up of over 145+ clinicians, including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistant practicing in 25+ specialties throughout the Sonoma County

Responsibilities

• Dedicated block time during your workday for panel management (once your panel size is sufficiently large)
• Ability to practice full-spectrum family medicine

Compensation

• Innovative long-term compensation model that aims to compensate all aspects of primary care work, not just productivity/wRVU generation
• Competitive salary with income guarantee
• Salary range: $310k-$340k depending on location and experience
• Relocation allowance and sign-on bonus
• Forgivable loan of $200,000 for mortgage/refinancing or loan repayment
• $2,000 monthly stipend for residents who commit to hire (maximum 12 months)
• Shareholder status eligibility after 2 years of employment
