Family Medicine Physician

Gould Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join their stable and growing multi-specialty group in Ceres, CA. This position offers a 100% outpatient practice focusing on adult and pediatric patients, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and potential involvement in urgent care or teaching. The role provides a supportive environment with a two-year salary guarantee and a comprehensive benefits package.

Practice Info

• Adult and pediatric patient population
• 100% outpatient
• Average of 20 - 25 patients per day in clinic
• Additional work available in Urgent Care (possible if interested)
• Teaching opportunities possible with recently accredited Family Medicine program
• EHR: Epic

Compensation

• Starting base salary: $300,000 - $310,000
• Two-year salary guarantee
• Loan or mortgage assistance, up to $200,000
• Residency stipend available
• RVU based compensation model starting in year 2
• Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
• RVU Bonus potential during guarantee
• Annual profit sharing for shareholders
• Individual Performance Bonus
