Family Medicine Physician

Auburn Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their established practice in Auburn, CA. This role involves providing comprehensive preventive, acute, and chronic care to an established and growing patient panel, with opportunities for supervision of advanced practice clinicians. The position offers a chance to contribute to a collaborative team environment within a community-focused practice.

Practice Info

• The team includes 2 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians.
• 10-13 patients per day.
• Patient care occurs over two 3.5 hour blocks daily with 30-minute administrative blocks at the end of the morning and afternoon appointment blocks.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and follow family medicine patients for preventive, acute, and chronic care.
• Cover occasionally for other clinicians.
• Supervise advanced practice clinicians.
• Participate in after-hours bi-annual dinner meetings.

Compensation

• $260,000 full-time annual compensation (39 hours)
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• CME $1,000 per year, rollover one year
• Path to participation: negotiable

Shift & Schedule
