- Clinicians practice in seven counties in northern California, most within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento.
- SMG includes primary care and specialty Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Advanced practice technology, including EPIC, is utilized.
Compensation
- Salary range: $311,000 - $373,200 /Yr.
- 2-year income guarantee with shareholder track
- Productivity bonus ($320,000+ earning potential in the first year)
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
- Relocation assistance up to $20,000
- Resident stipend up to $3,000 per month
- Forgivable loan up to $200,000
