• Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is a multi-specialty medical group comprised of over 1,600 clinicians.
• Clinicians practice in seven counties in northern California, most within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento.
• SMG includes primary care and specialty Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (nurse practitioners, physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, licensed clinical social workers, and licensed marriage and family therapists).
• Clinicians are actively engaged in teaching, research, leadership, community outreach, and volunteer work.
• SMG has earned local and national recognition for excellence in patient care and experience.

Compensation

• 2-year income guarantee with shareholder track
• Productivity bonus ($320,000+ earning potential in the first year)
• Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• Resident stipend up to $3,000 per month
• Forgivable loan up to $200,000
• Annual salary: $311,000 - $373,200
