Family Medicine Physician

Position Summary

Flexible scheduling: 20–40 hours per week (full‑time or part‑time). Family Practice Physician provides clinic‑based comprehensive primary care under the general direction and supervision of the Medical Director. Works independently and interdependently with other clinic providers, including primary care, behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, and dental providers.

The physician leads a team that promotes a culture of safety, quality, cooperation, advocacy, and collaboration. Job performance is evaluated through direct observation, consultation, and written documentation.

Providers have access to AI‑assisted charting tools and to Maven, a platform for real‑time consultation with specialists.

Position Requirements

• M.D./D.O. (unrestricted) with board certification in Family Practice Medicine.
• Valid license/DEA in the jurisdiction of the clinic.
• Two years of experience in primary care or a community health center (preferred).
• Experience serving vulnerable patient populations across the lifespan (highly preferred).
