Family Medicine Physician — Base + Incentive pay, Light On-Call

The role includes a guaranteed base salary with quarterly incentive potential and dedicated administrative time. Must have an MD or DO from an accredited medical school and SC licensure; board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is required, with certification within one year of hire.
