- 100% outpatient practice with no required inpatient work unless desired

Compensation
- Competitive compensation support
Shift & Schedule
- Flexible clinic scheduling models (20/40 or 15/30)
- Weekday call only
- Weekend call rotation 1:8
- After-hours triage handles most calls
- Zero hours in the hospital while on weekend call
