Job Summary

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Countryside medical center. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building meaningful, long-term patient relationships and providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative, value-based care environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with care teams to support quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills.
• Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care.
• Ability and willingness to provide care to patients across the lifespan.
