High Quality Health system seeks a Family Medicine Physician to work in Oakland, Maryland! (10mins from Deep Creek Lake and 1 hr south of Piitsburgh!)

About the Group

This group is a West Virginia based health system with a small critical access hospital in the area. Group has 12 total locations and over 500 providers. Been located in the area since 1928. 55 Bed Hospital with great work life balance.

Provider’s Role

Fully Outpatient Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the community. Provide Acute, Preventative, and Chronic Disease management. Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team. Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.

Schedule

4 Day Work Week, 20 Patients per Day, No Call.

Background Profile

• Family Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Ability to hold an unrestricted state of Maryland MD or DO licensure
