Provider’s Role
Family Medicine Physician in an outpatient primary‑care clinic. Schedule options include 4‑day or 5‑day shifts, with a 4‑day × 10‑hour schedule. One 4‑hour Saturday shift per month. Patient volume: 16–20 per day.
Responsibilities
- Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals through evidence‑based acute, preventive, and chronic care.
- Serve as a role model of professionalism and collaborate with all interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide high‑value care, demonstrating good stewardship of resources and considering risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic decisions.
- Document all patient care activities and services in the electronic health record, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and sufficient detail.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to hold and maintain a valid Maryland State License.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary.
- Sign‑on bonus: $15,000.
