A thriving well‑structured healthcare system is seeking 2 Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physicians to work in Seguin, Texas, outside San Antonio and New Braunfels. The organization is a 65‑year‑old, 800‑member group with 10 locations, including a 153‑bed hospital and 23 full‑time employed clinicians, and a diverse specialty roster. There is no corporate red‑tape; the CEO is hands‑on and physicians lead the system.

Job / Practice Description

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–noon with administrative time after noon; 1 weekend per month on call for the nursery
• Patient volume: 10–20 patients in year1, 20–25 patients after year1
• Can see all ages or just adults

Profile / Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Texas medical license
• Desire to work with lower‑middle‑income families / blue‑collar patients
• Team player who can jump in and help when needed
• Wants a long‑term home, not a stepping‑stone position
