Family Medicine PA – 4-Day Week, $125k+

Praxis-Health in La Grande, OR is expanding its Family Medicine team and inviting a licensed Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care practice. We focus on patient- and family-centered care, with a mission to partner in long-term health.

This role offers a 4-day clinic workweek with shared telephone call (roughly 1 week every 6 weeks) and a starting annual compensation near $125,000. Oregon license eligibility is required.
