- 100% outpatient, office-based primary care

- Dedicated Medical Assistant and nursing support

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time, weekday schedule
- Flexible scheduling options: Four 9- or 10-hour shifts (4-day work week available) or Five 8-hour shifts
- Minimal phone-only call: One weekday call every 6 weeks
- Approximately two weekend call rotations per year
Requirements
- MD or DO
- BE or BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
