Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
Patients per day: 18
Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
Scope: Outpatient Clinic
State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
