This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support. Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
- Patients per day: 18
- Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
- Scope: Outpatient Clinic
- State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
Facility Location
Located just outside of Tacoma and about 50 miles south of Seattle in Western Washington State.
