Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing primary care team in Texarkana, TX. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans
- Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMR systems
- Ensure patient satisfaction, safety, and adherence to care standards
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Texas
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends)
