Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $300K + Bonus + call pay
• Bonus: 40% of gross charges totaling over $420K
• Sign on Bonus: $160K day 1
• Call paid: $125.00 Hr.
• CME: $5K + days
• Residency Stipend: $30K per year
• Retention bonus: 5% of annual salary
• Vacation: 6 weeks annually
• Holidays: 6 days annually
• Relocation: $12K
• Health, Dental, Life, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare
• 403(b), Retirement plan 5% of salary
• Malpractice and Tail

Responsibilities and Facility Details

• Clinic 8am-5pm M-F
• Call rotation 1:5 - IP/ER
• No OB required “but” is an option if interested - (C-sections)
• Skilled Nursing Facility/Swing beds

Qualifications and Skills

• BC or BE within 1 year of employment
