What You'll Do:

• Provide primary care for all ages, managing a panel of approximately 20 patients daily
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnoses
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document clinical encounters accurately in EHR systems
• Provide health education and preventative care counseling
• Assist with patient follow-up and coordinate referrals as necessary

What You Need:

• Active Georgia Medical License and BLS certification
• Ability to see patients of all ages
• Experience in family practice or primary care (preferred)
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Reliable and self-motivated team player
