Responsibilities
- Practice full-spectrum family medicine
- Expand practice with telehealth capabilities, offering added flexibility and the ability to deliver care remotely
Compensation
- Innovative long-term compensation model that aims to compensate all aspects of primary care work, not just productivity/wRVU generation
- Competitive salary with income guarantee
- Salary range: $310,000-$340,000 depending on location and experience
- Relocation allowance and sign-on bonus
- Forgivable loan of $200,000 for mortgage/refinancing or loan repayment
- $2,000 monthly stipend for residents who commit to hire (maximum 12 months)
