- Multi-specialty group practice experience in an outpatient setting.

- No inpatient responsibilities: hospitals provide inpatient support.

- Made up of over 124+ clinicians including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistant practicing in 22+ specialties throughout the Sonoma County.
Responsibilities
- Dedicated block time during your workday for panel management (once your panel size is sufficiently large).
- Ability to practice full-spectrum family medicine.
Compensation
- Innovative long-term compensation model that aims to compensate all aspects of primary care work, not just productivity/wRVU generation.
- Competitive salary with income guarantee.
- Salary range: $310,000-$340,000 depending on location and experience.
- Relocation allowance and sign-on bonus.
- Forgivable loan of $200,000 for mortgage/refinancing or loan repayment.
- $2,000 monthly stipend for residents who commit to hire (maximum 12 months).
- Shareholder status eligibility after 24 months of employment.
