Family Medicine - Flexible, Light Call

Crawfordsville, IN (Less than 1 hour to downtown Indianapolis and 40 minutes to Lafayette)

Overview

An expanding Family Medicine practice seeks a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a team of three physicians and four nurse practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Practice hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. (flexible schedule)
• Average outpatient volume: 18‑20 patients per day
• Shared call 1:9 with nurse triage system; oversee two internal medicine NPs
• Provide care for child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrine issues, hypertension, heart failure and other common diagnoses

Qualifications

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD/DO
• ACLS/BLS certification
• Indiana medical license or license in progress
