Responsibilities
- Outpatient clinical care
- Resident precepting and mentorship
- Inpatient teaching and attending responsibilities
- Participation in the academic and educational activities of the residency program
- Obstetric care, if desired, but not required
Compensation
- Non-productivity-based compensation model
- Additional compensation opportunities are available for certain inpatient and obstetric coverage
Shift & Schedule
- Full-time
- 2-3 half days of personal clinic each week
- 3-4 half days of resident precepting each week
- Protected administrative and academic time
- Inpatient attending responsibilities approximately every six weeks
- Overnight call approximately once per week
