COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

• Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $250,000

• $30,000 sign-on bonus  available

• Eligible for federal student loan repayment programs through HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration)

• Comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Up to 8 weeks of paid time off (PTO)

  • $3,500 CME stipend plus 60 hours of CME PTO

  • Health, dental, vision, retirement contributions, and malpractice with tail coverage

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

• 100% outpatient primary care with limited call responsibilities (phone call consults only) - extra hourly compensation for call

• Enjoy a flexible workweek - choose from a 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day schedule to match your lifestyle 

• Daily patient volume  of 16-20 patients to maintain high-quality care and manageable workflow

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
