Family Medicine – ND/MN Border Region

A premier regional healthcare network is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to lead a collaborative care team. This practice emphasizes a culture of trust, respect, and teamwork, focusing on patient- and family-centered care. The physician will work alongside advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and ancillary team members to provide acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare to the community.

Multiple opportunities are available to develop a practice across several facilities within a prominent regional network. Physicians interested in incorporating obstetrics (OB) and/or office procedures into their practice are highly welcomed. Candidates will also enjoy seamless access to a wide array of local medical and surgical specialties.

PRACTICE DETAILS

• Schedule: Full-time consists of 32 to 36 patient contact hours per week.
• Patient Volume: Average of 16 to 20 patients per day.
• Call: Rotating after-hours call schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine.

• Centrally located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota.
• Vibrant metro and surrounding area with a population of approximately 250,000.
• Conveniently situated about three and a half hours northwest of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Base Salary: $308,000.
• Additional Compensation: Hired candidates may be eligible for additional income through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based incentives.
