Family Law Paralegal

Truce Law is looking for a family law paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience to join our legal team. Our ideal paralegal is organized, detail‑oriented, and ready to play an important role on our legal team.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents such as declarations and prepare briefs.
• Conduct legal research for hearing preparation.
• Maintain case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible.
• Support attorneys in negotiation and conflict resolution with clients seeking collaborative divorce.
• Participate in a remote work environment and collaborate with legal mentors.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of family law paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Effective communication and client‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Interest in creative problem‑solving and conflict resolution.

Location & Work Style
