Truce Law is looking for a family law paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience to join our legal team. Our ideal paralegal is organized, detail‑oriented, and ready to play an important role on our legal team.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents such as declarations and prepare briefs.
- Conduct legal research for hearing preparation.
- Maintain case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible.
- Support attorneys in negotiation and conflict resolution with clients seeking collaborative divorce.
- Participate in a remote work environment and collaborate with legal mentors.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of family law paralegal experience.
- Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
- Effective communication and client‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Interest in creative problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
