This is a hands-on role for an attorney who is comfortable taking ownership of their cases while working within a supportive team environment.This is a full-time, in-office position based in Houston — our team thrives on day-to-day collaboration and the energy of working together in person. We are actively adding to our team and are ready to move forward with the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a family law caseload from intake through resolutionConduct client consultations and provide clear, practical legal guidanceDraft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreementsRepresent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiationsMaintain consistent communication with clients and case stakeholdersCollaborate with paralegals and staff to keep matters progressing efficiently
