We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a premier family law practice in El Segundo, CA. This hybrid role focuses on complex family law matters, particularly high-net-worth clients, business owners, investors, and professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation, legal research, drafting, negotiation, and client advocacy skills, with experience handling financially complex family law disputes.
Responsibilities
- Manage family law cases from inception through resolution.
- Draft and review motions, agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Represent clients in depositions, negotiations, and court appearances.
- Advise clients on family law issues and legal strategies.
- Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle matters involving financial and business complexities.
- Collaborate with the firm's legal team to develop effective case strategies.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Experience handling family law matters.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Experience conducting depositions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage cases efficiently and independently.
- Experience with high-net-worth, financial, or business-related family law matters preferred.
