Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in shared, low-volume on-call rotation (phone only)
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Family Medicine
- MD or DO degree (Doctorate required)
- Eligible for medical licensure in New York
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
- New graduates (Residents/Fellows) encouraged to apply
- Interest in community-based healthcare
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Base Salary: $225,000 - $300,000 (based on experience)
