Family/Internal Medicine Physician

Position Overview

Summit Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join our expanding department in a collaborative, dynamic, physician‑led practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide integrated, multidisciplinary, patient‑centered care within a team‑based model, collaborating with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Participate in provider onboarding and administrative support activities.
• Engage with coordinated resources and shared expertise across the network.
• Receive complete administrative and care management support.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible Family/Internal Medicine Physician.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: $220,000 - $350,000, determined by experience, performance, and location.
