Family/Internal/Geriatric PCP – Rural FQHC

Open Door Community Health Centers in McKinleyville, CA is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our integrated care team and provide comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan in a rural Federally Qualified Health Center setting.

You will practice to the full extent of your training, coordinating preventive care and referrals with an interdisciplinary team to improve access to high-quality care for the community we serve.
