Family Care Consultant

To support families navigating caregiving challenges, the part-time hourly Family Care Consultant will field calls, listen to caregivers' needs, and guide them through available services in a fully remote and flexible work environment. Key responsibilities Field inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from families and referral partners seeking assistance Ask thoughtful questions to understand caregivers' needs and help them find appropriate next steps Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM while balancing empathy with performance goals Required qualifications No specific degree or industry background required; experience in caregiving, customer service, or sales is valuable Ability to build trust quickly and adapt conversations to individual callers Experience handling emotional conversations and guiding families through difficult moments Organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and follow through on commitments Comfort with performance metrics related to call volume, appointments, and enrollments
