We are seeking a compassionate, self-motivated, and highly relational Family Advocate I to provide vital support, guidance, and advocacy for vulnerable individuals and families within Washington County. In this dynamic role, you will conduct client assessments, develop personalized care plans, and serve as a bridge to essential community resources, tracking progress through detailed documentation in a case management system to meet grant requirements. As a dedicated advocate, you will empower clients toward self-sufficiency while holding them accountable, representing them in settings like court sessions or DCFS hearings, and working comfortably within environments such as jails, Arkansas Community Correction offices, and family shelters. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, technologically proficient problem solver with excellent communication skills and a bachelor's degree in a human services field plus one year of experience with vulnerable populations.

Social service experience preferred not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Social work degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree required.
