Fall 2027 Co-op - Procurement OperationsAs a Fall 2027 Co-op - Procurement Operations at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Burlington, MA, you would be responsible for supporting day-to-day procurement execution for the Coffee Business Unit, ensuring reliable supply, cost competitiveness, and alignment with enterprise category strategies.
The role emphasizes supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, while supporting longer-term category and business strategies established by Category Management and Procurement leadership. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.Schedule: The KDP Winter 2027 Co-op Program runs from July 12th - December 10th, 2027. Location: Burlington, MA. Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid.As a Procurement Operations Co-op, you will:Support procurement execution for assigned BU categories, ensuring continuity of supply, service performance, and compliance with enterprise sourcing strategies.Monitor & analyze supplier performance across service, quality, cost, and responsiveness metrics; drive corrective actions where required.Support cost modeling, inflation mitigation, and value improvement initiatives in collaboration with Category Management.Partner closely with Materials Management, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, and Finance to align procurement actions with operational needs.Support deployment of procurement processes, systems, and operating model enhancements within the BU.Elements of the KDP 2027 Co-op Program include:Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environmentReceive mentor support for your professional developmentParticipate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingComplete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the businessTotal Rewards:$31/hr Paid bi-weekly$5,000 sign-on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employmentRequirements:Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities.Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.Please Note: You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
