Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of patrons utilizing the Falcon Center Aquatic Facility
- Patron surveillance of all those utilizing the aquatics area
- Perform cleaning and preventative maintenance to the aquatics area as needed
- Will serve on an on-call schedule for youth pool parties
- Perform additional duties as warranted by management
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional, friendly, and customer service oriented
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must be able to learn and operate various computer software required for submission of work orders and other daily work
- Must possess valid American Red Cross certifications in Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED
