Summary: The Faith Kids Campus Director will work alongside the Faith Kids Ministry team to provide leadership, vision and direction that creates a life giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, parents, and volunteer team at one of our Campuses. The Faith Kids Director will oversee all weekend services and ministry events that take place at their Campus. This position would work closely with the Global Kids Pastor in the execution, management and direction of this campus.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Personal:Maintain the God ordained priorities in your life putting Jesus Christ at the center of everything including your spouse, children, and the ministryPassionate about tithing at least 10% of your income to what God is doing through the vision of Faith ChurchInvest in and lead a Faith Church connect groupBe responsible for developing & multiplying Dream TeamAvoid the appearance of evil, let no hint of immorality exist and conduct life with the upmost of integrity in all situationsAttend services regularly with your entire familyMaintain loyalty to the vision and staff of Faith Church and always protect the unity God has given this churchBelieves and operates in the gifts of the SpiritWholeheartedly believes in the empowerment of women in Pastoral leadershipFully devoted follower of ChristPerson of Godly character and integrityLoves Faith Church and lives our vision and cultureIn alignment with “What We Believe” and “Leadership Core Values”Attend weekly Staff MeetingPersonal social media posts in regards to Church activity must be aligned exclusively with Faith ChurchEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee and organize childrens ministries at Campus.Oversee implementation of policies and enforce compliance.Follow and implement childrens ministry facility standards at their campus.Work closely with the Global Kids Pastor to analyze effectiveness of programming and adjust as needed.Lead and build teams to execute all aspects of childrens ministry for weekend services.Consistent weekly communication with key leaders and parents.Develop healthy community among parents and equip parents for discipleship through Sunday and small group experience.Help develop and maintain all security standards.Track growth for future development.Seek opportunities to connect within local schools and communities.Oversee implementation of Weekend experience for all children.Oversee quality of services.Help in development of ministry events including Kids Fest, Summer Camp, Christmas Events, Volunteer Grow Nights, etc.CompetenciesMust have a heart for the Church and be a mature follower of ChristMust have a positive attitude and servant’s heartMust be fun/enjoyableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsSolid understanding of current trends in children’s ministryExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExperience leading teams or groupsStrong administrative skillsAbility to work both independently and on a teamWork well under pressureEnjoys a fast paced environmentWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment).Physical DemandsOffice time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThe weekly schedule will include approximately 20-25 hours per week and will be on a rotation schedule alternating Tuesday and Saturday services, and all Sunday services. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities).
