Quality Control InspectorPrincipal Accountabilities:Commitment to follow up on the daily target and new requirements.Visual inspection of defective parts following IPC A610-F criteria: Soldering: Evaluates solder joints for through-hole and surface-mount components, focusing on wetting, fillet geometry, voids, and bridges.Component Mounting: Checks for correct placement, alignment, orientation, and spacing of components on the printed circuit board (PCB).Cleaning and Coating: Includes criteria for the removal of flux and other contaminants and the application of conformal coatings, ensuring they are applied evenly and appropriately.Mechanical Assembly: Covers acceptable conditions for hardware, mechanical fasteners, jumper wires, and heat sinks.Component and PCB Damage: Sets standards for acceptable and unacceptable damage to components, the PCB laminate, and other parts of the assembly.Marking and Labeling: Ensures that reference designators, polarity symbols, and other identification marks are clear, accurate, and legible for traceability and maintenance.Disassembly and reassembly of parts in test fixtures.Set up L10 test fixtures in L11 rack system.Run L10/L11 test programs (Internal company programs).Segregate and identify pass and fail parts after visual inspection, testing, and/or repairing.
