Faculty Primary Care Physician

The Center for Primary Care, a division of the University of Rochester, is seeking a Faculty Physician to deliver primary care services within a community-based practice in Monroe County. This role involves joining a dynamic network of Primary Care providers operating under a patient-centered medical home model. The practice utilizes the EPIC electronic medical records system, with training provided for new hires.

Compensation

• The referenced pay range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position
• Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries
• Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process

Requirements

• Must Possess an MD or equivalent
• Must be board certified (or board eligible)
• Must obtain NYS licensure prior to start

• Candidates applying to this position will be asked to secure an individual DEA
• Required to complete a post-offer health assessment and drug test at the University's Occupational Medicine site in Rochester, NY
• Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
• Must meet all credentialing requirements
• Eligible for Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
